Terms of Payment

- By bank transfer receipt directly to the assigned guide.
- New customers of Assoguide Veneto are required to pay the assigned guide by anticipated bank transfer after receiving an invoice notice via fax or e-mail from the guide. The original invoice will be followed by the invoice notice.
- Bank transfer costs are charged to customer.
- Invoices superior to net € 75,00 must have a tax stamp of € 1,81. This stamp is charged to customer.
- Entrance fees are not included.
Cancellation Policy
- Guides will wait for up to 1 hour from the scheduled time, after which a guide will be free to leave the foreseen appointment. The service must be paid according to the rate of 30 participants.
- Cancellations must arrive within 3 days before the scheduled service, otherwise the service must be paid according to the rate of 30 participants.
